Rescue and ambulance crews in the Gaza Strip announced today, Tuesday, that there are more than 10,000 missing people still under the rubble of hundreds of destroyed buildings since the start of the Israeli war on the Strip, and the specialized crews have not been able to recover them. Their bodies are still there. Rescue crews stated – in a press statement – that 10,000 missing persons are not included in the martyrs’ statistics, due to their bodies not reaching hospitals, stressing that searching for missing persons under the rubble is done using primitive means; It will take two to three years. It warned that the accumulation of thousands of bodies under the rubble is beginning to cause the spread of diseases and epidemics, especially in light of the high temperatures that accelerate the decomposition of the bodies. Rescue and ambulance crews appealed to international organizations to pressure Israel to allow the entry of equipment to rescue the injured and exhume the bodies of the martyrs.
