Symptoms of a new strain of Corona-virus”hidden omicron”
The UK Health Safety Agency has indicated that symptoms of the ‘omicron’ subtype BA.2 of the Corona-virus, also known as ‘hidden omicron’, are similar to those of the original strain.
However, the agency has already released a list of the main distinguishing features of the hidden Omicron. These included high fever, intermittent cough, and loss or change in smell or taste.
It should be noted that a more specific symptom has not yet been identified, but it is likely that it mirrors the symptoms of its predecessor, BA.1.
