The smallest yoga trainer in the world is 9 years old
A nine-year-old student from India became the smallest Yoga coach in the world.
According to Susta, which is now living in Dubai, he began to study yoga with his parents when he was four years old. At that time, the father recorded yoga teacher training for 200 hours.
“I decided to join them discovered that I love to study too,” the boy said.
“I’m glad I can transfer my experience and knowledge of people around the world for their well-being.”
Now Susta leads yoga classes to study colleagues, and gives private lessons outside the school.
