French court hears claims by two women that Brigitte Macron is transgender, whose real name is Jean-Michel

The two women who spread a rumor online that Brigitte Macron is transgender are facing prosecution at the request of the French president’s wife, BFM TV reported, citing sources in the French justice system.

The first hearing in this civil case was scheduled for June 15 in Chamber 17 of the Court of Paris.

According to the source, Brigitte Macron’s claim is based on the provisions of the Civil Code relating to the protection of private life. According to French media, the three sons of Brigitte Macron and her brother joined the lawsuit, accusing the women of violating privacy, violating personal rights and violating the right to image.

The media reported that one of the two women, against whom the lawsuit was filed, presents herself as a “mediator”, while the other introduces herself as an “independent journalist”.

On December 10, they posted pictures of the first lady and her family on Al Waseet’s YouTube channel.

In recent months, reports have spread on social networks that Brigitte Macron, nee Tronier, is in fact a transgender, whose original name is Jean-Michel, as stated on the channel’s website.

It was alleged that a large-scale conspiracy was organized to cover up this fact. Reportedly, this speculation later led to more serious allegations of pedophilia against France’s first lady.
