Russia starts evacuating southern regions
The Russian Ministry of Transport announced its readiness to immediately expel everyone from the south of the Russian Federation against the background of the events in Ukraine. Railroads and automobiles will be used for this purpose.
The ministry also indicated that all necessary aid will be provided on the ground. There will be services and volunteers.
