Zelensky invites Russia to negotiate

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky recorded a video message calling on Russia to negotiate a cessation of hostilities.

“Sooner or later, Russia still has to negotiate with us and talk about how to end hostilities and stop this invasion,” said the President of Ukraine.

According to him, the earlier negotiations began, the less Russia would lose itself.
