"Al-Ahly" Heliopolis and Sporting will meet Al-Jazira in the semi-finals of the Women’s Basketball Cup

The Al-Ahly Club’s first women’s basketball team will play a strong confrontation today, Wednesday, against the Heliopolis team, in the semi-finals of the Egypt Cup for the current season 2023/2024.

It is scheduled Two semi-final matches will be held today, the first between Sporting and Al-Jazira, while the second match will be held between Al-Ahly and Heliopolis.

On the other hand, the first men’s basketball team at Al-Ittihad Alexandria Club qualified for the final of the Egypt Cup for the current season 2023/2024.

Al-Ittihad Alexandria reached the final of the Egypt Cup after defeating Zamalek, with a score of (76-68), in the semi-finals.

The first basketball team of Al-Ahly club also qualified, led by Spanish coach Auguste Bosch reached the final of the Egypt Cup after defeating Al-Jazira with a score of “67-66” in the semi-finals.

With this result, Al-Ahly faces a strong confrontation. against Al-Ittihad of Alexandria in the final of the Egypt Cup, and the match will be held tomorrow, Thursday, at the Youth and Sports Hall in 6th of October City.
