Clinton accuses Trump of ‘helping’ Putin

Former US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has accused former US President Donald Trump of “providing help and comfort” to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“We must be sure that in our country we condemn those who console and help Vladimir Putin, who say he is a genius, that (the Russian special military operation in Ukraine) is a smart move, and whose statements, unfortunately, are transmitted in the Russian media, not only In Russia itself, but also in Europe, to demonstrate the division in our country. ”

She called on “remnants of the Republican Party” to oppose party members who express their support for the “enemy of freedom and democracy”.

Previous US Presidents Barack Obama, George W. Bush and Jimmy Carter had condemned the military operation in Ukraine.
