US admits existence of secret biological laboratories in Ukraine

During a speech at a US Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing, US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland said that Washington is trying to prevent biological research facilities in Ukraine from falling under the control of Russian forces.
“There are biological research facilities in Ukraine, in fact, we are quite concerned right now that the Russian military might try to take control of them. So we are working with the Ukrainians to make sure that they can prevent any of this research material from falling into the hands of Russian forces if they get close to it.” Biological or chemical weapons.
Nuland was also asked if she believed that in the event of any incident in Ukraine involving biological or chemical weapons, the Russian side would be responsible. She replied, “I have no doubts about that.” “This is a typical Russian way of blaming others for what they themselves plan to do,” the US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs said in a statement.
