Saudi Deputy Minister of Investment: The Saudi government sees Pakistan as an economic and investment opportunity

Saudi Deputy Minister of Investment Ibrahim Al-Mubarak described Pakistan as a high-priority economic, trade and investment opportunity for the Saudi government and companies.

 

Al-Mubarak expressed – in his speech before the Pakistan-Saudi Investment Conference Held today, Monday, in Islamabad, he expressed his confidence in Pakistan’s economic potential, and highlighted its location and natural resources, according to what was reported by the Express Tribune newspaper. The Saudi official said that Pakistan is a major strategic partner of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, pointing to the fraternal ties and common values ​​between them, and expressed Saudi Arabia’s desire to see Pakistan as one of the Kingdom’s leading international partners.

p>Al-Mubarak stated that the conference provided an opportunity to see in greater depth the great opportunities available for investment in Pakistan, stressing that the public and private sectors in the two countries can advance their partnership.

For his part, Pakistani Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb affirmed the Pakistani government’s commitment to providing facilities. To the private sector fully to push the country towards export-based growth.

Aurangzeb stated that the Pakistani government is focusing on attracting foreign direct investment to advance various sectors. 

 

< p>A high-level Saudi trade delegation headed by the Deputy Minister of Investment arrived in Pakistan yesterday, Sunday, with the aim of exploring various areas of trade and investment to enhance bilateral relations. The Saudi delegation included about 30 companies representing various economic sectors.
