"Abu Dhabi International Book Fair" ..Sports are strongly present"Messi" And"Ronaldo" They take center stage

ABU DHABI, 2nd May / WAM / Sports in general, and football in particular, have received great interest from publishing houses participating in the activities of the 33rd session of the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, which is currently being held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center “ADNEC”, until May 5th.

The majority of sports-related books on display focused on the history of major European clubs and international football stars, most notably Argentine Lionel Messi and Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo.
Among the most prominent books on display are “The Football Law” by Dr. Issam Abu Shehab, “The Football Puzzle” by Martin Wedmark, “Scientific Foundations in Teaching and Training Youth in Football” by Dr. Youssef Lazem Kammash, and “Football in Abu Dhabi.” “Emergence and Establishment” by Musabah Al Mazrouei.
There are also books on sports for people of determination, the role of sports in achieving social integration for people with disabilities by Dr. Rekab Anisa, and “Artificial Intelligence and Sports Physiology” by coach Ihab Ismail.
Exhibitors confirmed that books related to sports, especially football, are in great demand from emerging age groups and young people of various nationalities.
Abdullah Ali Nasser from Platinum Book House said that among the house’s displays are many books related to sports clubs and their history, especially European ones, such as Barcelona in Spain and Arsenal in England.
He added that among the most prominent books they have on display in this regard are “Barcelona…the Catalan giant,” “Arsenal the Gunners,” and other books that monitor the history of football in various countries of the world.
For his part, Amir Rashid from the House of Books House said that they are always working to diversify the books on offer, the most prominent of which are the book “Messi, the Complete Story,” and the book “Ronaldo the Perfectionist,” both by Luca Caioli.
He explained that sports books have specialized readers and researchers, most of whom are young people, pointing out that the demand for them is good compared to books in other specializations.
Among the most important books on display are “Sports Law” by Moataz Afifi, “Sports Psychology in School Sports” by Kamel Taha Lewis, and “Sports in Ancient Iraq” by the same writer, as well as sports among the Arabs from a historical perspective.
Imran Ali from Dar Al Huda Publishing said that interest in encyclopedias and sports books is increasing from year to year at the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, in light of the large presence of educational institutions, which are keen to arrange visits for their students, which highlights their importance to new generations and their desire to In exploring different sports, most notably football, the first popular game in the world.
