Bella Hadid lands on the Cannes red carpet in nearly-nude Saint Laurent

In a fleshy nude shade not far in hue from Hadid’s skin, the look was made up of a nipple-flashing halterneck top and slinky ruched pencil skirt, matching with a pair of Vaccarello’s notoriously difficult to navigate stilettos.

The final runway touch, which took the form of a tonal mesh skull-cap was left in the showroom, however, with Hadid instead going for Hollywood curls. With the Côte d’Azur hitting temperatures of 25°C right now, it’s not a surprise: no one wants a sweaty head on the red carpet, not least a supermodel making her big post-hiatus return. 

Naturally, with fashion season approaching at a wild speed – albeit officially men’s rather than women’s – the internet is buzzing with speculation that Hadid might add a runway return to her agenda. Keep your eyes on Dazed to see whether that comes to fruition.
