The Italian President awards the founder of the Abu Dhabi Culture Group with a medal "Italy star" from first class
ABU DHABI, 30 April / WAM / His Excellency Sergio Mattarella, President of the Italian Republic, awarded His Excellency Hoda Ibrahim Al Khamis, founder of the Abu Dhabi Culture and Arts Group, the “Star of Italy” Medal, first class, with the rank of Grand Officer, in appreciation of her cultural achievements.
His Excellency Lorenzo Fanara, the Italian Ambassador to the country, in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, presented her with the medal, in appreciation of her distinguished cultural achievements and her role in strengthening cultural relations between the two friendly countries.
Hoda Ibrahim Al Khamis, founder of the Abu Dhabi Group for Culture and Arts, expressed her deep thanks for being awarded the Order of the Star of Italy, First Class, with the rank of Grand Officer, by His Excellency the President of the Italian Republic. She said: We renew our pledge to commit to the UAE’s consistent approach in building bridges of cooperation with various countries of the world that share its vision of building a better future for future generations.
She added: This appreciation reflects the depth and longevity of the cultural achievement between the UAE and the Italian Republic, which enjoy close cooperation relations at many diplomatic, economic, educational and cultural levels, which I have the honor of experiencing daily through cooperation with Italian musicians, artists and institutions.
She said: One of the strongest ties between us is those that are deeply rooted in history. The UAE, like Italy, was born from the will of unity. The late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, united us in a country that values knowledge and culture as the cornerstone of building civilization. Progress and growth.
