"Dubai Courts" Participates in a conference in Qatar

DUBAI, 30 APRIL/WAM/ His Excellency Judge Hamda Al Suwaidi, Judge of the Commercial Court at the Dubai Courts, participated in the Fifth Permanent International Conference of Commercial Courts, which was held in the State of Qatar last week, organized by the SEFOC International Organization.

During the conference, many pivotal topics that constitute the essence of judicial work in the commercial field were reviewed, including developing the relationship between commercial courts, arbitration and mediation, the role of technology and artificial intelligence in resolving commercial disputes, and the necessity of effective governance and the rule of law in supporting the judicial system.
