Higher education continues to pursue fictitious entities and closes a fictitious entity in Menoufia Governorate

Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, issued a decision to close the facility called “Excellence Academy for Engineering and Applied Sciences.” Its headquarters is located (2 Sheikh Ali Habib Street with College Complex Street, in front of Resala Library, Shebin El-Kom, Menoufia Governorate), which promotes itself through social networking sites by accepting students from high school and Al-Azhar high school graduates, and technical diplomas, and those who missed the coordination opportunity, to study in Specializations (nursing, medical analysis, mining, surveying, mapping, petroleum technology, computers and information) for two academic years. It also promotes its possession of the latest practical equipment in the specializations (analysis, computers, medicine, engineering) and provides training in hospitals, medical laboratories, drilling and production sites, and refining companies. And sites for engineering construction, providing job opportunities, granting a license to practice a profession, postponing conscription, and holding graduation parties. 

 

Dr. Ayman Ashour, addressing all competent authorities; To implement its status towards taking the necessary legal measures; To implement ministerial decisions to close administratively, and to take all legal and judicial measures against the establishment if it resumes its work again.

 

The Minister praised the efforts of the Judicial Control Committee in confronting these entities, directing them to intensify their efforts. During the coming period; To raid any fictitious entities or headquarters that practice educational activities, without obtaining a license; In order to preserve the interests of students and parents and to ensure that they are not tampered with.

 

This came in light of a report submitted by Mr. Al-Sayyid Atta, the Minister’s Advisor for Admission and Coordination Policies, regarding the work of the Judicial Control Committee, stressing that The Judicial Control Committee continues to confront fictitious entities, in implementation of the directives of the Minister of Higher Education, asking students and parents not to be led by these fictitious entities.

 

Dr. stated. Adel Abdel Ghaffar, the media advisor and official spokesman for the Ministry, said that the committee monitoring the marketing activities of fictitious entities on various social media sites continues its work around the clock, and submits its periodic reports on a weekly basis to the Minister of Higher Education. To take the necessary legal measures against these fictitious entities, noting that, within the framework of coordination with the Ministry of Justice, the number of members of the judicial control committees at the Ministry of Higher Education was increased; To intensify its campaigns during the coming period.

 

The official spokesman added that a list of educational institutions accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education for the first university stage (Bachelor’s, Bachelor’s) has been prepared, in addition to publishing a blacklist. of the seized fictitious entities, and they are updated continuously, in cooperation with the regulatory bodies and concerned authorities, and this is published on the website of the Ministry of Higher Education, the official social media pages of the Ministry, and the website of the Supreme Council of Universities, in order for students and parents to view them, so that they do not fall prey.
