“Endowments”: opening 17 mosques next Friday

The Ministry of Endowments announced the opening of 17 mosques next Friday, including 12 new or replacement and renovation mosques, and 5 maintenance and development mosques. The Ministry explained – in a statement today, Sunday – that thus the total number of mosques that have been opened since January 2023 until now reaches 882, including 691 new mosques or replacement and renovation, and 191 maintenance and development mosques, and the total number of what was replaced, renovated, maintained and furnished during the period from 2014 to Next April 5, 11,904 mosques, at a cost estimated at 18 billion and 89 million pounds.
