Sporting defeats Smouha and resorts to a playoff match to determine the bronze medal in the Volleyball Men’s League
Sporting Club’s men’s volleyball team defeated its counterpart Smouha With a score of 3/1, in the second round of determining the bronze medal in the Premier League finals for the local season 2023/2024 at Hassan Mustafa Hall on the 6th of October, a deciding match will be used to determine the winner of the bronze.
< p>Smouha succeeded in winning the first match in the competitions to determine the bronze medalist the day before yesterday, in the same hall, while shortly after Al-Ahly will meet with Zamalek to determine the champion, where the title is decided in the playoff system by the winning team in two matches, and in the event of a tie, a playoff match will be resorted to.
The men’s final will be held on April 3, 5 and 7 at Dr. Hassan Mustafa Hall in 6th of October City.
The Al-Ahly and Zamalek women’s team had reserved their place in the final of the women’s volleyball league, as did Al-Ahly and Zamalek on the men’s level.
The first men’s volleyball team of the Zamalek club was able to achieve The victory over its counterpart Smouha in the aggregate of the two semi-final matches over the course of Friday and Saturday, while Al-Ahly won over Sporting.
