Russia launched a missile strike on Poltava: one person was killed

On the night of April 9, the Russian military launched a missile attack on Poltava. One person died, ten were injured, wrote Head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration Philip Pronin. Among the victims, according to him, are three children.

Pronin claims that the strike hit a civilian building, its roof was “partially destroyed.” According to Pronin, a fire broke out in the building, and several neighboring houses were also damaged.

The Ukrainian Air Force reported last night about Shahed-type attack drones flying in the direction of Krivoy Rog, Kamensky near the Dnieper and towards the western regions of Ukraine, as well as new groups of drones launched from the annexed Crimea.

Later, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that all 20 Shaheds launched by Russia were shot down. The drones managed to fly to the Nikolaev, Odessa, Kherson, Dnepropetrovsk, Poltava, Vinnitsa and Lviv regions.

In addition, according to the Ukrainian Air Force, the Russian army attacked Ukraine with four S-300 missiles; the consequences of the attacks were not reported.
