"Islamic affairs" Its programs and advocacy activities reach more than 50 million beneficiaries inside and outside the Kingdom during the month of Ramadan.

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance announced the success of its work, programs and advocacy activities during the blessed month of Ramadan of the year 1445 AH, from which 53,201,751 beneficiaries benefited inside and outside the Kingdom, including the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Gift Programs for distributing dates and breaking the fast for fasting people in a number of countries, and the Imamate Program in Abroad, in addition to many advocacy and guidance programs to serve the guests of the Most Gracious and those who visit the Houses of God in all regions of the Kingdom, in fulfillment of the Ministry’s mission to serve Islam and Muslims around the world, and in line with the great support that the Ministry received from the wise leadership to implement its various programs.

The Ministry explained that it implemented the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques program to break the fast for fasting people in 60 countries, and the number of beneficiaries of the program reached (1,500,000) people. A gift from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to distribute luxury dates in (93) countries, and (2,000,000) beneficiaries benefited from it by distributing 500 tons of dates. The imam program was also implemented abroad with the participation of (192) imams to lead the worshipers in Tarawih prayers and prayers in (44) countries. Nearly 1,750,000 worshipers benefited from them, within the framework of the programs offered by the Ministry in the blessed month of Ramadan every year, in response to the requests and desires of sheikhdoms, Islamic centers and associations in countries of the world that come to the Ministry. A number of imams who were carefully chosen to present the Kingdom’s sublime message of spreading Moderation and moderation, the values of tolerance, educating Muslims and reminding them of what will benefit them in their religion and world, and directing them to what will bring them benefit and righteousness.

In the field of caring for mosques, the Ministry has prepared in various regions of the Kingdom Approximately 85,000 mosques were provided to receive worshipers and secluded people so that they could perform their worship with all reverence and tranquility. I also directed the male and female observers to redouble their efforts, as they carried out 242,231 field trips to determine the readiness of the mosques and mosques to receive worshipers, and to implement the regulations and instructions issued by the Ministry during the holy month, where 2,923 were processed. It also issued to some employees of mosques and advocacy and guidance associations about 6,777 permits to hold Iftar tables for the fasting people, from which they benefited. More than (5,769,017) beneficiaries.

In the field of advocacy and guidance, the Ministry carried out (75,722) advocacy work in the mosques of the Kingdom, from which (13,327,027) benefited. It included advocacy lectures, awareness speeches, and scientific lessons, presented by many scholars, sheikhs, male and female preachers, about the virtue of the blessed month of Ramadan and investing it in acts of obedience, and an explanation of the rulings related to fasting and praying, Laylat al-Qadr, Zakat al-Fitr, and the two Eids, and the obligation of listening and obedience to those in charge, and belonging to the homeland according to what was stated in The Qur’an and the Sunnah, good citizenship, and an explanation of the importance of the blessing of security and safety.

In the Umrah program, the General Secretariat for Islamic Awareness in Hajj, Umrah, and visiting Mecca presented it to pilgrims during the blessed month of Ramadan. (1,482,718) various services around the clock that (7,705,707) pilgrims benefited from, including a number of lectures and seminars, distributing publications, broadcasting electronic messages, and answering questions via the free phone. A large number of preachers, scholars, and translators in more than 10 international languages participated in providing their services during the month. Around the clock in the mosques and congregations of the Holy Capital, the central region, and timings, and their lectures focused on rituals and issues related to them.

During the month of Ramadan, the Ministry displayed guidance messages to pilgrims through the electronic library screens in Timings, land ports, airports, and in the chapels of the central area of the Holy Capital and the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Qur’an. The number of messages reached more than 40 million, from which nearly (4,000,000) beneficiaries benefited. 70,000 Imsakiya books were distributed for the month of Ramadan in different languages, and 350,000 thousand copies of the card were distributed. In the field of volunteer work and keeping pace with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, the Ministry contributed to opening the field In front of male and female volunteers, sons and daughters of the Kingdom, by offering more than 5,145 volunteer opportunities for caring for mosques and their visitors and serving the guests of God, as the Ministry provided more than 288 thousand volunteer hours with the participation of 21,392 volunteers during the blessed month of Ramadan.

The Ministry also implemented the television program Mishkat al-Sa’imeen in its fourth edition, which included 30 episodes with the participation of a number of preachers, sheikhs, and students of knowledge, and it was broadcast on the Ministry’s channel on the YouTube platform, the Saudi SBC channel, and many Arab satellite channels. The various social media platforms were viewed by more than (2,000,000) viewers, and the Ministry’s official accounts through various social media platforms, during the publication of the Ministry’s work and activities during the month of Ramadan, achieved great interaction from users and achieved more than (15,000,000) views.
