Saudi Arabia announces the success of the operational plan in the Two Holy Mosques for the Ramadan season 1445 AH

Makkah Al-Mukarramah, April 10 / WAM / Saudi Arabia announced the success of the operational plan for the Ramadan season 1445 AH, the achievement of its goals, and the completion of indicators and targets for all assets and services in the Two Holy Mosques, in order to enable the guests of God to perform their rituals with ease and ease.

The Saudi News Agency quoted the CEO of the Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Engineer Ghazi Al-Shahrani, as saying that this year’s plan was built on a number of pillars, the most important of which is formulating an operational model for the main services, setting a target for each asset and service provided by the Authority, and enhancing field supervision and tours. Oversight and governance of businesses and services to raise their quality and operational capacity, and motivate distinguished field employees, both male and female, in order to improve the experience of the generous visitor, and reflect the positive image of the level of distinguished services provided by the state to serve the guests of God.
The Authority also worked to enhance integration and harmonization with the various partners working in serving the Two Holy Mosques and enabling them to perform their roles effectively.

The Saudi Railways Company “SAR” announced the success of the operational plan for this year’s Ramadan season 1445 AH, achieving unprecedented numbers by transporting more than one million passengers, an increase of 22% compared to Ramadan 1444 AH, through 2,845 trips, an increase of 12% over the same period of the year. Last year, via the Haramain Express Train, which connects Mecca to Medina, as part of serving the guests of God and facilitating their performance of their rituals with ease and ease.
