An alternative to coffee made from date seeds to preserve the environment

New York, April 12 / WAM / The American coffee chain “Bluestone Lane” intends to sell espresso coffee made from agricultural foods such as date, guava and sunflower seeds next August, which is considered a more sustainable option than coffee beans, and contributes to efforts to preserve the environment.

This type of coffee is scheduled to be offered for sale in all 58 Bluestone stores in the United States, and is provided by the Seattle-based start-up Atomo Coffee, which said it has mimicked the molecular structure of traditional coffee using raw materials, including date seeds, that would otherwise have been waste, as part of the… Its quest to provide a more sustainable alternative to coffee.

“This represents an opportunity for our customers to enjoy an innovative coffee option that maintains our high standards of quality and taste while aligning with our commitment to being environmentally conscious,” said Nicholas Stone, CEO of Bluestone Lane.
