"Legislative Consultant Sharjah" It approves its amendments to the draft law establishing and organizing the Rental Disputes Center

Sharjah, April 16 / WAM / The Legislative and Legal Affairs, Appeals, Suggestions and Complaints Committee of the Advisory Council of the Emirate of Sharjah has completed its study and consideration of a draft law regarding the establishment and organization of the Rental Disputes Center in the Emirate of Sharjah.

This came during the meeting held by the committee yesterday at the council’s headquarters in Sharjah, headed by Muhammad Ali Al Hammadi, Chairman of the Legislative and Legal Affairs, Appeals, Suggestions and Complaints Committee, and in the presence of committee members and a number of cadres of the Council’s General Secretariat.

During the meeting, the committee expressed its opinion on all articles of the draft law, touching on the definitions, objectives, competencies, and entities attached to the draft law, as well as the work mechanisms regulating powers and exercising tasks and roles.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the committee approved its amendments and submitted its report, to be presented on the agenda of the next session, which is the eighth within the Council’s work for the first regular session of the eleventh legislative term.
