Muay Thai sets the date for the qualifiers for the team participating in the World Championship in Greece
The Egyptian Muay Thai Federation, headed by Mohamed Ibrahim, has set the date for the qualifiers for the team participating in the World Muay Thai Championship for Adults, scheduled to be held during the period from May 31 to June 10 next in Greece.
Mohamed Ibrahim, President of the Egyptian Muay Thai Federation, revealed that it was decided to hold the national team’s qualifiers on Saturday, April 27, in the covered hall of Cairo International Stadium.
He continued that it was decided that The qualifiers to select the Pharaohs’ national team should be open to all players registered in the federation for the general stages from 18 to 40 years of age in all weights.
Mohamed Ibrahim revealed that the decision to allow all players to participate in the qualifiers This decision came in order to allow the full technical vision of the team’s technical staff to choose the best elements from the male and female players participating in the qualifiers in order to settle on the distinguished elements to include them in the ranks of the team, which will be followed by holding open and closed camps for the players in preparation for the tournament that will be held in Greece.
Regarding the details of the team selection qualifiers, they will be on Saturday, April 27th, and the official weigh-in process will begin from nine in the morning until eleven, after which the matches will begin.
