California: on American soil, migrants waiting in makeshift outdoor camps

Every day, hundreds of migrants cross the wall that separates the United States from Mexico in southern California. But once on American soil, it is the start of a wait which can last several days, in makeshift outdoor camps not supervised by the authorities.
