The Emirates Accounting Authority participates in the 26th symposium of the United Nations and INTOSAI in Austria
Vienna, April 18 / WAM / A delegation from the Emirates Accounting Authority, headed by His Excellency Humaid Obaid Abu Shabas, Chairman of the Authority, participated in the 26th United Nations and INTOSAI symposium, which was held in the Austrian capital, Vienna, from April 16 to 18.
The participants exchanged experiences on the role and contribution of SAIs to sustainable development and climate action.
The Emirates Accounting Authority also held a series of bilateral talks on the sidelines of the symposium, which began with a bilateral meeting with Dr. Margit Kraker, President of the Austrian SAI and Secretary General of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions, in addition to meetings with the heads of accounting offices in both the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Croatia. The Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Serbia, the Russian Federation, and the Republic of the Netherlands.
