Al-Quseir discusses the position of legalizing the seizure of lands of the Reconstruction Authority
Mr. Al-Quseir, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, held a meeting yesterday to discuss the executive position of the projects of the Reconstruction and Agricultural Development Authority related to the files of soil studies, taxonomic inventory, land legalization, and digital transformation, in the presence of Dr. Mohamed Al-Shahat, Executive Director of the Authority, and some of the Authority’s leaders.
The meeting discussed the completion of legal procedures to reconcile the conditions of citizens residing in the lands of the Agricultural Development Authority in the Sinai Peninsula and the areas of the Al-Tineh Plain, South Qantara, East of the Lakes, and East of Suez, as well as those located in the Port Said Governorate in the northern Al-Tineh Plain region, and extracting the contracts secured for them from the Secured Documents Complex.
The meeting reviewed the Authority’s efforts in the field of digital transformation and expanding the provision of electronic services to facilitate the procedures of its customers.
Al-Qusayr discussed with the leaders of the Agricultural Reconstruction and Development Authority the executive position for soil studies and taxonomic surveys, as well as removing obstacles facing investment.
He also reviewed the Authority’s efforts in the field of collecting state dues from others and taking the necessary legal measures regarding illegal encroachments on lands and the Authority’s mandate at the republic level.
