Manchester United qualifies for the FA Cup final by defeating Coventry City

   Manchester United qualified for the FA Cup final by defeating Coventry City 4-2 on penalties after the end of regular and extra time in a 3-3 draw in the match that brought them together this evening, Sunday, at Wembley Stadium in the semi-finals of the FA Cup.

Manchester’s hat-trick was scored by Scott McTominay in the 23rd minute, Harry Maguire in the 45th minute, and Bruno Fernandes in the 58th minute, while the Coventry City hat-trick was scored by Ellis Sims in the 71st minute, Callum O’Hare in the 79th minute, and Haji Wright in the 95th minute from a penalty kick.

 

The two teams played two additional periods before going to penalty kicks, which won for Manchester United with a score of (4-2), qualifying for the final and facing Manchester City, which won yesterday over Chelsea with a clean goal in the semi-finals.
