The attendees announced the latest data regarding the plan to integrate people of determination into the labor market, which began at the beginning of last year 2023, and until now, it was stated that the directorates were able to provide There were 1,343 job opportunities for people of determination in private sector establishments during the past two months, specifically in the period from 2-1-2024 to 4-1-2024, explaining that, since the beginning of the establishment inventory process on January 1, 2023 until now, The number of people with disabilities appointed reached 13,832, confirming that the directorates and their specialized offices communicate daily with the establishments, and complete the rest of the inventory, training, and employment process, in implementation of the directives of the Minister of Labor, Hassan Shehata.

Inventory: The directorates explained that during the last few period, from October 1, 2023 until January 31, 2024, they counted 17,800 establishments out of the total number of establishments with more than 20 workers, which amounts to 24,69 establishments, in which 2 million people work. And 716 thousand and 812 workers, based on data from the Social Insurance Authority, also clarifying that the number required to be appointed to fulfill the percentage of people of determination in these establishments that have been counted so far is 134 thousand and 440 workers, and that only 75 thousand and 500 workers are appointed, and that the remainder must be fulfilled.
