"E&Emirates" It confirms its commitment to implementing initiatives to empower Emirati cadres

Abu Dhabi, 4th May / WAM / E&Emirates confirmed its continued commitment to implementing initiatives that empower Emirati cadres in various sectors in cooperation with the Emirati Competitiveness Council “NAFES”.

This came in statements by Masoud M. Sherif Mahmoud, CEO of E&Emirates, on the sidelines of the meeting held by the group to celebrate its partnership with Nafs and the appointment of more than 460 citizens under the cooperation agreement concluded between the two sides in October 2022.

He added that our partnership with Nafs is very important and we are proud of what has been accomplished over the course of two and a half years. Our goal was to appoint 500 Emirati cadres, and we reached more than 460 male and female employees in all the company’s departments, such as the technical, retail, support, and personnel departments.. and what we saw of the sons and daughters. For his part, Engineer Khaled Al-Murshed, CEO of Technology and Information Technology at E&Emirates, said that the technology sector accounted for the largest percentage of Emiratization in the group, explaining that about 200 distinguished Emirati nationals were appointed in the sector out of the total appointments in cooperation with the Competitiveness Council.
