The rise of the Russian ruble against the dollar and the euro

Moscow, May 4 / WAM / The exchange rate of the Russian currency (ruble) rose against the US dollar and the European euro in Moscow Stock Exchange trading today.

By 14:00 Moscow time, the exchange rate of the dollar against the ruble fell by 36 rubles, reaching 91.69 rubles.

The exchange rate of the single European currency (euro) decreased by 8 kopecks to reach 98.56 rubles (ruble = 100 kopecks).
