Exhibition held "Acres Real Estate" For the first time in Dubai, with 120 real estate projects on May 16

Dubai, May 5 / WAM / The organizing committee of the ACRES Real Estate Exhibition announced the completion of preparations for the launch of the first edition of the exhibition to be held in the Emirate of Dubai, during the period from May 16 to 19.
The committee revealed that the exhibition, which is held at the Dubai World Trade Center and extends over an area of ​​6,000 square metres, has succeeded in attracting the largest and most prominent real estate development and investment companies, in addition to the most important real estate brokers, real estate and project management companies, banks and financial institutions in the country.

She explained that the event will witness the launch of a large and diverse number of real estate projects that will be presented for the first time in the UAE, with the aim of attracting all investors and businessmen looking for real estate deals and promising investment opportunities.

The exhibition also provides options ranging from residential, commercial, industrial and land properties within exclusive offers at competitive prices that include various installment systems and medium- and long-term payment and financing plans in cooperation with a large number of developers and real estate investors.
His Excellency Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the exhibition’s organizing committee, explained that the event, which witnesses the participation of more than 40 local companies, showcasing more than 120 of the most important and latest real estate projects in the UAE, will consolidate its position as one of the most important real estate exhibitions in the region and the most prominent platform for presenting the latest in the field. Real estate development and investment in the UAE, which contributes to strengthening its role in opening broader horizons to enhance the recovery and development of this vital and important sector, increase its investments, and highlight the major urban renaissance that the country is witnessing.

He noted that the exhibition will witness great competition between developers and real estate investors in terms of presenting real estate opportunities in addition to discounts and exclusive offers on prices and facilities in payment and financing for residential, commercial, industrial and other projects.
Al Suwaidi added that, in light of the participation of a diverse and large group of the most important investors and developers in the real estate, construction, development, investment, real estate brokerage and financial institutions sectors, the exhibition heralds positive results in terms of achieving rewarding real estate deals.
