Giza Governor Ahmed Rashid said that Muslims and Christians are one indivisible entity and fabric, bound by bonds of love, brotherly relations and patriotism, stressing that Egypt, with its strong national fabric, is capable of facing the challenges and difficulties that the world is going through.

This came during The governor’s visit today, Sunday, to the Diocese of North Giza on Bahr El Ghazal Street in Agouza; To congratulate His Eminence Bishop John, Bishop of the Archdiocese, and the Coptic brothers on the occasion of the glorious Resurrection Day.

The governor added that the Egyptians are setting the most wonderful examples in a scene that is repeated every year during their celebration of Muslim and Christian holidays. There is no difference between them and they are united by one goal, which is for our country to overcome difficulties and challenges. He called on everyone to pray for our dear Egypt, that God may preserve it, and that love and brotherhood between us may perpetuate.
