Italian Defense Minister: The Israeli operation in Rafah "Very disturbing"
Italian Defense Minister Guido Crosetto said on Tuesday that the Israeli operation in Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip is “very worrying.”
Crossetto described the Israeli advance in Palestinian Rafah as “an action that raises great concern.” For a large part of the international community,” according to the Italian ANSA news agency.
He added: “We asked Israel to stop because the attack might lead to more innocent victims in unacceptable numbers, and would mean transferring more than million people, and putting innocent women, children and men, who have nothing to do with Hamas, in worse conditions than they are now.”
