Magdy Abu Al-Majd announces his departure from coaching Zamalek

Magdy Abu Al-Magd, the coach of the handball team at Zamalek Club, announced through press statements his departure from coaching the team.

 

Abu Al-Magd said: “I left by agreement between me and the board of directors.” For the benefit of the team during the current period, which includes the team’s participation in the league finals against Al-Ahly in 10 days.”

Regarding the reason for the departure, Abu Al-Majd explained: “I had demands that the Board of Directors was unable to meet, and in return There were demands of the Board of Directors that were difficult for me to meet, so we saw that it was in the interest of the team that I leave my position, and the most important thing is in the interest of Zamalek at the present time.”

Abu Al-Majd added: “I have a good relationship with everyone. Zamalek is my home, and the most important thing was that we look into it.” About the interest of the club, we even discussed the alternative and I said in my opinion that the best is the presence of Ahmed Ramadan Hitler and Ihab Mohsen due to their knowledge of matters within the team.”

Abu Al-Majd affirmed his great confidence in the players and their ability to present their best with the technical staff. He called on the public to support the team during the current period.
