Stabbing at Rego Park and Queens winery leaves one man dead; employee questioned by police
REGO PARK, Queens (WABC) — A man was fatally stabbed inside a Queens warehouse early Tuesday morning.
Authorities say chaos broke out around 12:30 a.m. during what may have been a dispute over beer.
The victim, a customer in his 20s or 30s, was stabbed in the chest and pronounced dead at a local hospital.

“We were going to the corner warehouse and we saw him on the ground and everything stopped. We called 911, we evaluated him and tried to help him,” said a witness.
Authorities say no charges were immediately filed, but that a warehouse employee was being questioned.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police. The investigation is ongoing.
