The Governor of Ismailia stresses the importance of the role of the State Litigation Authority to preserve public money and public rights

Ismailia Governor Sherif Fahmy Bishara stressed the importance of the role of the State Lawsuits Authority in preserving public money and public rights, as it is the first line of defense for the state before the courts internally and externally, indicating his appreciation for the cooperation and coordination between the governorate and its executive bodies with the State Lawsuits Authority to serve the citizens of the governorate.

This came during his meeting with the head of the State Lawsuits Authority, Counselor Massad Abdel Maqsoud Al-Fakharani, today, Sunday, during his visit to Ismailia Governorate to lay the foundation stone for the headquarters of the State Lawsuits Authority today in the city of Ismailia, in order to discuss and discuss aspects of joint cooperation between the Authority and Ismailia Governorate. In the presence of a number of local and judicial leaders in the region.

The governor praised the lofty role of the Egyptian judiciary, its men, and all judicial bodies in serving the people of Egypt in general, stressing: “We are all working for the public interest and combating all forms of administrative corruption in its various forms.” And maintaining respect for the law and the prestige of the state in all sectors and at all levels in order to achieve the desired development and build a new Egypt.”

The governor of Ismailia affirmed his appreciation for the role played by the State Litigation Authority and its close cooperation with the governorate in several areas, including providing training. It is necessary for members of legal departments to raise awareness, raise efficiency, and benefit from the implementation of what is related to the protection of public state property.

For his part, the head of the State Lawsuits Authority thanked the Governor of Ismailia, stressing the close cooperation between the Authority and the Ismailia Governorate, explaining the importance of digital transformation in Permanent communication between the Authority and the governorate, due to the speedy completion of cases and the preservation of public money.

The governor of Ismailia presented the governorate’s shield to the head of the State Lawsuits Authority in appreciation of the efforts of the Authority, and the head of the State Lawsuits Authority also presented the Authority’s shield to the Ismailia governor.

After that, the Governor of Ismailia and Counselor Musaad Abdel Maqsoud Al-Fakharani, Head of the State Lawsuits Authority, accompanied by the local, judicial and security leaders in the region, laid the foundation stone for the building of the headquarters of the State Lawsuits Authority in the city of Ismailia.

It is noteworthy that during the reign of Counselor Musaad Abdel Maqsoud Al-Fakharani, Chairman of the State Litigation Authority, laid the foundation stone for three new branches of the authority in the governorates.
