The Minister of Justice opens the Kafr El -Dawwar Court and inspects the work of raising the efficiency of the Damanhour Courts Complex

Then he directed his sovereignty & nbsp, accompanied by the governor & nbsp; Doctor & nbsp; Jacqueline Azar and attendance & nbsp; To the building of the Damanhour Courts Complex to determine the development work that takes place in the entire building and to follow up the workflow with the aim of returning the building to serve efficiently, and during the tour, Counselor Adnan Fagri stressed that the Damanhour Court building receives special attention to its importance as a vital judicial facility that serves the people of Beheira Governorate, indicating that it is scheduled to be completed & nbsp; Among the construction and preparatory works in March 2026, in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah Al -Sisi, the President of the Republic, continuing to develop and raise the efficiency of the role of justice and provide an appropriate work environment for judges and litigants.

After that, his sovereignty and attendance went to the new building attached to the Kafr El -Dawwar Court to open it, and his Excellency listened to a detailed explanation of the components of the building that includes 4 floors in addition to the ground floor, in which he took into account the use of the latest technological means that facilitate the work of judges and litigants, and his sovereignty is accredited by the front office, sessions, deliberation halls, employee offices and the rest of the lawyers, as well The efficiency and restoration of the court documentation branch, and quickly ended in preparation for its opening.

In his speech at the opening of the building, the Minister of Justice emphasized the continued coordination between the ministry and the Beheira Governorate to develop and raise the efficiency of the role of justice and provide an appropriate work environment and facilitate the services provided to litigants in a way that enhances the construction of a modern state based on the rule of law, adding that the ministry has an integrated plan to develop the justice and courts system in a way that accompanies the state’s plan in digital transformation to the stage of remotely in all kinds of cases in order to facilitate the facilitation Citizens.

For its part, the governor of the lake praised the great effort made by the Ministry of Justice in various parts of the Republic to update and develop the role of justice in a manner that keeps pace with the development boom that the state is witnessing under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi, stressing that these efforts represent a qualitative shift in providing advanced and easy, and easy services to citizens.
