WWE legend Ric Flair goes viral over ‘unbelievable’ Cameo videos that cost fans nearly $1,000
Fans of wrestling icon Ric Flair have put him on blast as social media uncovered a series of botched Cameo videos where the ‘Nature Boy’ fumbles his way through the recordings.
Social media was awash with months-old reviews of Flair, the 16-time world champion, recording personalized videos for his fans at a cost.
But the negative reviews have taken the internet by storm – with outraged customers accusing Flair of being intoxicated and incorrectly reading their prompts, all while he pockets up to thousands of dollars per video.
The most viral post came from back in April when one person ordered a video for their brother’s bachelor party. The reviewer left notes for Flair to keep in mind before recording.
But in the video, Flair – seemingly at a bar – recorded himself reading those notes verbatim and appearing to slur his words.
The most shocking part came when Flair said, ‘Now he’s getting married… oh my god, why would you get married motherf****r? It’s the worst possible commitment you can do.’

Fans have uncovered some unhappy reviews on the Cameo account of wrestling icon Ric Flair
One video showed Flair, seemingly at a bar, slurring his words and reading the notes verbatim before telling an engaged man to not go through with his vows
The review of the video said, ‘After spending nearly a GRAND to have someone my brother admired enough to have tattooed on him, wish him luck on his wedding. I would have expected Ric to at least browse through the notes ahead of time not read it word for word the first time and MOST definitely NOT tell him he’s making a mistake and to remain a “gf” because he was so f***ed up he could barely speak right.

After this video went viral, fans then raced to Flair’s Cameo page to see other negative reviews people left.
Another review from April said, ‘Ric was visibly drunk and put no effort into the video. He just read the bullet points that I sent in, word for word. He was halfway out of frame for most of it as well. Very disappointing.’
One review in late November said, ‘Yo I paid 600 bucks for ric to sit in a restaurant blasted out of his mind and say my dads name wrong I paid for him to say merry Christmas to my father buff.. he called him barf and just read the instructions word for word.’
Turns out, almost all of the negative reviews dating back to 2020 mention Flair just reading the instructions out loud.
However, the overwhelming majority of the reviews are positive – with fans even enjoying the fact that Flair appears to have indulged a little before recording.
Back in 2023, Flair revealed that he made nearly $700,000 recording Cameos. It’s safe to assume that number has only gone up significantly in the years since.
