Nine caught deleting comments from MAFS viewers slamming the network for airing shocking bullying scenes

Channel Nine has been caught deleting comments from Married At First Sight viewers criticising the network for airing shocking bullying scenes during Wednesday night’s episode.

Celebrity milliner Viktoria Novak shared a post to social media on Wednesday night, claiming the network had silenced her in the comments section of a MAFS post.

‘I’m officially done with MAFS. Watching bullying and harmful behaviour unfold on screen was genuinely triggering,’ she wrote.

‘Allowing this kind of content to continue without visible producer intervention is disturbing – this isn’t drama, it’s harm packaged as entertainment.’

Viktoria said she felt compelled to speak out, and was extremely disappointed to find her opinions silenced.

‘I spoke up because it felt important. Others agreed. And now those comments have disappeared after comments were turned off,’ she said.

‘Silencing feedback doesn’t address this behaviour. It only reinforces why viewers feel unheard.’

She also shared a screenshot of one of the comments she had made underneath a clip posted by Nine on Instagram, in which she wrote, ‘This isn’t drama, it’s harm. Absolutely sickening.’

Daily Mail has approached Channel Nine for comment.

It comes after the network aired one of its most controversial dinner parties to date on Wednesday night.

During the episode, Brook Crompton certainly lived up to the ‘villain’ tag, unleashing vicious attacks on fellow brides Stella Mickunaite and Alissa Fay.

Admitting that she was at the dinner party for ‘unfinished business’, Brook wasted no time getting her claws out, first turning her attention to rival Stella Mickunaite, 32, as she was chatting to Steve Powell about their relationships.

‘I think Stella is trying to give relationship advice after her two-week relationship,’ Brook said, unsolicited, to the entire table.

She then proceeded to berate Stella over perceived slights at previous cast get-togethers.

Speaking about the commitment ceremony, Brook said: ‘You came for me when I’d done nothing to you. You called me out in front of everyone and the experts, making me out to look like a bad person.’

The dressing down didn’t stop there, as Brook launched further vicious attacks, while Stella sat and endured the barrage of vitriol.

‘You need to have a clue and realise. I’m standing up for myself because I see someone like you: “I’m so deep, I’m so deep.” I don’t think you’re deep, I just think you’re f***ing dumb,’ Brook spat.

Stella finally replied, telling Brook that she was ‘abrasive’, but this only served to ignite tensions further.

‘You’re very abrasive. And what you’ve been all night is barking at other women,’ Stella said.

Brook’s number one fan Gia Fleur, 35, then chimed in with: ‘Barking, babe. That’s lovely. Why don’t you go back in your kennel, babe.’

After being told she was a ‘very rude b***h by Brook, Stella attempted to smooth things over before leaving the table.

Brook, however, chose the moment to continue her ad hominem attacks.

Should reality TV stars be held fully accountable for hurtful actions, even if producers intervene?

‘Hey babe, while you’re at it, get the stripper boots off. If you’re going to buy stripper boots, buy 100 per cent lamb, don’t buy fake leather,’ Brook said.

Speaking to producers, Stella slammed Brook’s behaviour as immature.

‘You don’t speak to people like that. You just don’t,’ she said.

Brook was clearly not interested in displaying maturity, telling fellow bride Alissa Fay, 33, to ‘shut up’ and branding her an ‘idiot’ after Alissa told her to tone down the attack.

Alissa tried to calm the situation by telling Brook to curb her ‘nasty’ behaviour but Brook was having none of it.

‘Babe, you are the one that rolled your eyes at every single person.’

This emboldened Gia and Bec Zacharia, 35, to seize the opportunity to gang up on Alissa.

‘You wonder why everyone hates you, babe, that’s why,’ Gia said, to which Bec excitedly agreed.

Affecting a mocking tone to impersonate Alissa’s voice, Gia continued: ‘Ultimately I wanted to be fake as usual.’

Alissa replied: ‘Are you okay?’ which only caused another juvenile attack.

‘Take your hair extensions out and chill,’ Gia said.

Alissa, meanwhile, seemed keen to put the drama to bed, saying: ‘This is not worth my breath or my energy,’ before telling Gia to focus on her own relationship.

‘You’re in a fake relationship,’ Brook screamed.

‘Clap, clap, clap. And I hope your parents are really proud watching this.’

While she managed to remain stoic during the fracas, Alissa broke down when talking about the incident with producers.

‘This is just disgusting behaviour,’ she said with tears streaming down her face. ‘I don’t want to be sitting at a table with that going on.’

‘That is just bulls***.’.

The scenes prompted an outcry from viewers, with many urging Channel Nine to cut Brook and Gia from the show.
