Body of an elderly woman is found at a Sydney care home – as police arrest a woman known to her

The body of a woman has been found at an aged care home in Sydney’s west.
Emergency services were called to Our Lady of Consolation in Rooty Hill, in the city’s west, at about 11.45pm on Thursday.
On arrival, police officers discovered the body of an 84-year-old woman inside one of the buildings.
A 53-year-old woman, who is believed to be known to the deceased, was arrested at the scene.
She was taken to Mount Druitt Hospital for an assessment.
Police established a crime scene as detectives began an investigation.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
