Soccer legend Thierry Henry is offloading his New York City penthouse for $25 million.
The five-bedroom penthouse, located at 39 Crosby Street in Manhattan’s SOHO, was the last place Henry and his wife, Andrea Rajacic, looked when they were house-hunting in 2010 ahead of his move to the New York Red Bulls.
During the viewing the striker pulled Rajacic to one side and told her ‘close your mouth’ so the realtor would not know how much they liked it, she recalled to The Wall Street Journal.
They quickly purchased the home for $14.85 million and are now listing it for $25 million.
They had previously listed the home for $26.75 million in early 2025, but at the time, the couple decided they were not quite ready to leave behind their New York home.
‘It was very difficult to leave New York,’ Henry, who now lives full-time in London, told WSJ. ‘We were and still are in love with the place.’
The 2024 Olympic coach and Rajacic lived in the home full-time for five years before he retired from soccer in 2014. After that, they made London their main base.
Since buying the Crosby home, the couple have renovated the 6,086sq ft space multiple times and said they could not recall how much money they had put into it.

The barbecue area includes a large grill with a stainless steel hood, a sink and a small fridge.
The rooftop also has views of the Williamsburg and Brooklyn Bridges and lots of greenery.
It also has a covered portion of the roof, where the new homeowner can lounge and enjoy city views in the summer.
The inside kitchen features a long marble island. The area has ample cabinet and countertop space and a stove and fridge that blends into the countertop.
The living room features a fireplace and plenty of large windows to let the city lights shine through.

They are finally ready to offload the home, which has spectacular views from its perched nestled in one of downtown Manhattan’s most affluent neighborhoods
There is also a covered outdoor area with views of the Williamsburg and Manhattan bridges
The kitchen features an expansive island and hidden appliances, giving it a seamless feel
Henry and Rajacic decided to finally offload the home after their visits to New York City became less frequent.
‘No matter where we were coming back from, that was always where I was really dying to return to,’ Rajacic said of the Big Apple.
The home was previously owned by the singers Alicia Keys and Lenny Kravitz, Realtor Joshua Judge told WSJ.
