A cruise ship with 237 passengers on board caught fire
An Italian cruise ship with 237 passengers and more than 50 crew members on board has caught fire off the coast of Greece in the Ionian Sea.
According to French media reports, Euroferry Olympia has operated a flight between Greece’s Igoumenitsa and Italy’s Brindisi. Three patrol boats and three Coast Guard tugs were sent to the emergency ship.
No other details about the accident have been revealed so far.
