CONTENT WARNING: This article discusses domestic violence.

NSW Police has shared a social media post searching for Below Deck Mediterranean cast member Nathan Gallagher, explaining that a warrant has been issued for the 28-year-old’s arrest.

On Tuesday evening, NSW Police shared a Facebook post pleading for any information regarding Gallagher’s location, with the force stating he’s “believed to be offshore”.

“Have you seen Nathan Gallagher?” the post began alongside a photo of the reality TV star’s mugshot.

“He is known to frequent the Ermington and Melrose Park areas, and is believed to be offshore.

“Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged not to approach him, but to call Triple Zero (000) immediately.”

The post comes shortly after The Daily Telegraph reported that a local court found that Gallagher suffocated and choked fellow Below Deck castmate and partner at the time, Gael Cameron, in their Australian home in December 2025.

“The offences themselves are very serious, with significant maximum penalties, in the context of them being domestic violence committed within the home,” Judge Janine Lacy said, per the publication.

Per a police memo, which was first reported by Rolling Stone, Gallagher was arrested on December 27, 2025, where he was taken to Gladesville Police Station and was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent and common assault.

Gallagher was refused bail on December 28, but was then granted conditional bail and was expected to appear at Burwood Local Court on January 15, 2026.

In August, Gallagher broke his silence on the arrests, explaining to Rolling Stone at the time that “I’m willing to respond because I don’t believe the public has heard the full story surrounding what happened”.

“What has been publicly reported, however, represents only one side of what was an extremely complicated situation,” he said in the statement, which you can read in full here.
