Commanders star Terry McLaurin finally returns to training camp in major breakthrough amid bitter contract feud

Terry McLaurin finally returned to Washington Commanders training camp on Saturday, the team has confirmed.
The wide receiver was not present for the unofficial start of camp last week amid his bitter contract standoff in Washington, which he has expressed his frustration over publicly.
However, Commanders head coach Dan Quinn confirmed that McLaurin has now joined up with the team in a major breakthrough, although he did not practice while dealing with an ankle injury.
‘Terry McLaurin has reported and we’re very happy about that,’ Quinn said. ‘He’ll start training camp on PUP for his ankle.
‘So on the business side, [GM Adam Peters] and the guys are still working hard with Terry and his reps. While on PUP, it’s just like we do with other guys — work with the trainers to get back as soon as he can.
