Defence minister Rajnath Singh to lead Indian team at ADMM-plus in Philippines

Defence minister Rajnath Singh will lead the Indian delegation at the 13th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) Defence Ministers’ Meeting (ADMM) in the Philippines that starts on Wednesday.The minister, who will also hold bilateral meetings with his counterparts from participating countries, will address the forum on ‘Exchange of Views on Regional and International Security Issues’. “He will also review ongoing defence ties with the nations, and explore ways to further strengthen strategic partnerships,” senior officials said.
