
Dr. Bader Abdel -Ati, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration, on Saturday, June 21, on the sidelines of the Istanbul Organization’s meetings, with Fouad Hussein, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq. An agreement that contributes to upgrading relations between the two brotherly countries. He highlighted the Egyptian side’s readiness to engage in development projects in Iraq, in the light of the extended capabilities and expertise accumulated by Egyptian companies in this field. The regional level, Minister Abdel -Ati stressed the importance of intensifying consultation and coordination in connection with the military escalation between Israel and Iran and its dangerous repercussions on the security and stability of the region, noting the need to stop the escalation and return to the path of negotiations and resort to political and diplomatic solutions to prevent the region from slipping into comprehensive regional chaos. The Minister of Foreign Affairs also reviewed the Egyptian efforts to resume the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and the enforcement of humanitarian aid to the Strip.
