Furious Thai massage parlour owner lashes out after innocent photo with famous footy coach triggered damaging comments about her business: ‘It is nasty and it’s not right’
A massage shop owner said her business had taken a massive hit after innocent photos with NRL customers sparked vile and false sexual comments.
Lun Smith, who runs Lun’s Beauty & Massage Spa in Redcliffe, told Daily Mail she had proudly posed with Dolphins coach Kristian Woolf after he came in for a massage.
But someone replaced Woolf’s face with that of Sydney Roosters coach Trent Robinson and circulated the doctored image under her business name, alongside a sexually suggestive hashtag she never wrote.
‘He never came here. I don’t know him,’ she said of Robinson.
‘That is fake.’
The original photographs, supplied to Daily Mail, showed Lun smiling alongside Woolf in a grey T-shirt.

The manipulated version featured Robinson’s face and the hashtag ‘#RobboWasThrobbo’, making it appear as though her salon had published the crude post.
Lun did not create it or use that hashtag. She also firmly rejected the sexual insinuations directed at her business and its customers.
‘We are professional of massage, so we don’t do anything like that,’ she said, and the Daily Mail does not suggest otherwise.
‘My customer, 80 per cent is a woman. I do beauty and massage spa.’
Lun said Dolphins players visited her shop for treatments, including deep-tissue and sports massages.
An earlier Facebook post featured Dolphins captain Tom Gilbert, with Lun crediting him for recommending the business to teammates.

The post included customer selfies alongside a graphic identifying Gilbert as captain.
But that tribute also attracted false sexual comments, prompting Lun to defend her work.
‘We do deep and sport massage,’ she said, adding that the business also offered remedial massage.
‘Please don’t put negative comment of massage because massage it is a technique to heal your body from fatigue. But if you want something else, you have to go to a brothel. Not a massage shop.’
For Lun, welcoming Woolf had been another proud moment for the small business she had spent almost two years building.
She said she had waited two years for the coach to visit and shared the photographs to thank him, just as she did for other customers.

‘There is nothing wrong if I say thank you to my customers who come to my shop because I always say thank you to my customers,’ she told Daily Mail.
Within hours, she said, the post was circulating elsewhere. A friend alerted her by sending an Instagram link.
Lun described the altered images as AI-generated, although the method used to manipulate them has not been established.
She said the posts had left people with a false impression of her business.
‘It is nasty, and it’s not right, it is unfair to me,’ she said.
Lun said her shop had become ‘really quiet at the moment’, which she attributed to the online commentary.
She also revealed she had received calls asking for sexual services.
‘I’ve been dealing with d***heads calling to ask that of thing since it happened,’ she said.
Lun said she deleted her original Woolf post because she was concerned about the impact on the Dolphins coach.
The shop owner said she had spoken with Woolf, who reassured her they had done nothing wrong.
