Jaw-dropping discovery revealed at the lavish penthouse of mysterious 23-year-old woman accused of crashing her Tiffany blue Rolls Royce into Kyle Sandilands’ chauffeur while drunk

A young woman who crashed her luxury Rolls-Royce 4WD in Sydney’s eastern suburbs while allegedly drunk is the owner of a second Rolls-Royce – that’s parked in the garage of her ritzy penthouse apartment.

LanLan Yang, was involved in a high-speed, head-on collision at 3.30am on Saturday along New South Head Road in Rose Bay, when she smashed her Tiffany blue Rolls Royce Cullinan – understood to be worth about $600,000 – into a Mercedes.

NSW Police allege the 23-year-old veered onto the wrong side of the road and slammed into a Mercedes van driven by George Plassaras – the 52-year-old chauffeur to radio shock jock Kyle Sandilands, who was not inside.

Daily Mail Australia can reveal Yang also owns an unregistered White Rolls Royce Ghost Convertible parked in her modern apartment building’s underground carpark.

The garage uses a car lift that can only take 3,000kg, which is likely why she opted to park her other luxury vehicle – that costs more than many people’s houses – on her residential street instead of keeping it undercover.

While very little is known about Yang or how she obtained her substantial wealth, neighbours from her upmarket building in Sydney’s east described her as ‘polite’ and ‘shy’ when they were approached by Daily Mail Australia.

They also added the young resident, who occupies the building’s prized penthouse apartment, decorated her car with the mega-exclusive Labubu toys.

‘She decorates the front of the car with those Labubus – it’s cute,’ the neighbor revealed.

Another neighbour added she was rarely seen at the property.

On Monday, radio shock-jock Sandilands revealed on KIIS FM’s Kyle & Jackie O show that his chauffeur was the man involved in the collision and that he was left with ‘multiple broken bones’.

‘You may have seen over the weekend, it was all over the news, a head-on collision in Rose Bay in Sydney with a Rolls-Royce and a Mercedes,’ he told listeners.

‘Well, that was my driver, George.’

The 54-year-old added that while the Rolls-Royce driver walked away ‘unscathed’, George was left with serious injuries.

These included a broken spine, broken ribs, a ruptured spleen and diaphragm, a torn open abdomen, two broken hips and two broken femurs.

Kyle said that George was the ‘greatest employee ever’ thanks to his actions following the accident.

‘What did [he] say when he was taken away in the ambulance? He asked for his mobile phone so he could do what?’ he added.

‘This is a guy at 4.30 in the morning after he has been cut out of his vehicle, he’s been trapped in his van for an hour, this poor bloke.

‘And he told the ambo to get his phone so he can make sure I’m all right for the week.’

George, who runs Dakota Limousines, was trapped in the wreckage as witnesses rushed to call triple zero.

He could be heard yelling for help inside the crushed vehicle, as emergency crews from NSW Police Rescue and Fire and Rescue NSW worked to free him.

The crash was captured on nearby CCTV which appeared to show Yang’s luxury SUV allegedly veering into oncoming traffic before the violent collision.

Police allege Yang carried out a roadside breath test, which returned a positive result, and she was arrested at the scene.

At Waverley Police Station, she allegedly refused to undergo a breath analysis.

Yang was charged with causing bodily harm by misconduct, being in charge of a motor vehicle, and refusing or failing to submit to breath analysis.

She was granted conditional bail and ordered to surrender her passport.

Under the strict conditions, she has been prohibited from driving a car and must remain at her home in Sydney’s east between 8pm and 6am daily.

The vehicle and his are being held in a secure lot in Alexandria pending a police investigation

Yang is scheduled to appear at Downing Centre Local Court on August 15.
