KSI reveals he turned DOWN the chance for Luke Littler to play in ‘last’ ever Sidemen Charity match despite the darts sensation begging for a spot – as streaming stars prepare to turn out at a sold-out Wembley this afternoon

Darts sensation Luke Littler was denied the chance to feature in the Sidemen Charity match at Wembley, KSI has revealed.

The two-time reigning darts world champion had shared an Instagram post in February from the Sidemen, a social media group featuring well-known internet personalities.

Littler responded to the group’s announcement that their charity match at Wembley had been sold out, with the 19-year-old writing ‘Get me in the team Sidemen.’

Despite Littler’s profile, his pleas for inclusion were dashed by one of the group’s most prominent members KSI.

KSI was asked by Capital FM whether Littler would feature in the match, with the influencer confirming that he had snubbed the darts sensation.

‘I have not responded and he’s not in,’ KSI said.

‘It sounds so bad, but we only have content creators on the Sidemen Charity Match.

‘So we haven’t ever had a celebrity come on to play. That’s more for like Soccer Aid. You never know, maybe one day we’ll have Soccer Aid versus Sidemen.’

Saturday’s charity match will feature Sidemen FC and the YouTube Allstars at Wembley, with the game kicking off at 3pm.

Around £8.5 million has reportedly been raised for charity from the matches, which have been held six times since its inaugural event in 2016.

Last year’s match at Wembley was claimed to have raised £4.7m in aid of BBC Children in Need, Bright Side and M7 Education.

It is unclear whether the charity match will continue in future with one of the participants, Swedish creator Marlon, claiming he has been told this will be the ‘last’ edition.

‘They told me this months ago, they said this is the last Sidemen charity match they’re doing,’ Marlon was heard saying on a stream this week.
