MAFS Merch That Ex-Cast Members Have Released

When Bec Zacharia upset Rachel Gilmore with her “finger bang” comment at the Married At First Sight (MAFS) couples retreat, she was quick to joke about a line of merchandise she could release.

She’s even suggested it to Rachel since! And look, obviously it’s not going ahead (good), but it wouldn’t be the first time a MAFS bride or groom released a line of merch off the back of the experiment.

Plenty of participants have decided to release their own MAFS merch after their time on the show — some are a fun poke at their own quotes, others are more powerful and important statements.

Domenica Calarco’s “My Body, My Choice” Merch

Domenica Calarco was quick to remind people of her past merch line once Bec suggested her own version. “When Bek [sic] from MAFS copies your idea. #2022,” Domenica wrote over a video of her wearing one of her “My body, my choice, bitch!” shirts.

Domenica famously launched the red t-shirts at her MAFS Reunion viewing party, after Olivia Frazer shamed her for a nude photo (which she shared with other cast members at the time) and an OnlyFans account. Ella Ding, Brent Vitiello, Al Perkins and Jack Millar all sported the shirts at the event, in a strong statement about how slut-shaming is unacceptable.

At the time, the shirts were $29.99 with 20% of sale proceeds going to the NSW and Queensland flood victims. While they are no longer available to purchase, Dom tells us there has been increased interest lately.

Alyssa Barmonde’s “I Have A Child” Merch

Alyssa Barmonde absolutely copped it for how many times she said “I have a child” on her season of MAFS. But she took ownership of the joke, and I can’t help but think it was a fabulous idea to rip all her haters a new one.

Along with shirts that said “I need attention” (something she also became famous for saying during her MAFS marriage to Duncan James), Alyssa sold the shirts for $29.99 and crew-neck jumper versions for $59.99. There were also bumper stickers for a cheaper price point, and having an “I have a child” car sticker actually makes so much sense. It was about time “Baby on board” was given some competition!

Alyssa donated 10% or profits to Bully Zero, an organisation that delivers Bullying Education Programs to schools across Australia. As far as we can see, the merch no longer exists.

Collins Christian’s “What A Day” Merch

Collins Christian‘s time on MAFS may have been short-lived, but it was more than enough time for the bloke to become memorable and quotable. While viewers were trying to understand his energy in general, and whether or not he was acting or being serious, he was busy telling producers, “What a day!” in reference to his wedding day with Natalie Parham.

He also said “She’s a top, top lady!”, something which also became a shirt. In May 2024, well after his time on the show wrapped up, he released the merch in black, white and purple.

“The phrase that has taken over your vocab is now available for shipping worldwide,” he announced on Instagram. The link he included no longer features his merch, so we’re guessing it lived as long on the storefront as it did in our minds.

Lucinda Light Merch

While it was not Lucinda Light‘s choice to have merch released in her honour, we’re including it in here because she’s been such a champ about it in the past. And because it still exists today. And because we love Lucinda Light. She continues to be the best thing to come out of MAFS, and I will harshly debate anyone who thinks otherwise.

“Thoughts on random merch being made about ya without your permission? No consent, no royalties, no worries,” Lucinda wrote in February 2025, almost a year after her time on the show. In the Instagram post, she shared pictures of assorted merch being made from her MAFS experience.

“I’m humoured, perplexed & still can’t get over the mouse pad. Gotta laugh though. A huge part of this journey for me is being able to let it go & move on promptly. Just had to share some of the stuff out there for sale in the field. It’s a bit average at best but god bless em.”
